DWG Mortgages hold a golf day supporting selected charities each year to causes very close to our hearts.
In 2021 we raised £2200 each for The Matt Palmer Trust, Target Ovarian Cancer and Breast Cancer Now.
In 2022 we managed to increase that amazing amount to £3149.37 each for The Matt Palmer Trust, Target Ovarian Cancer and raising funds for a local lad Miles Stockwell.
For 2023 we will be hosting our golf day at a new venue “The Cave” in Boughton and will be supporting The Matt Palmer Trust and Demelza House. Miles sadly lost his fight with bone cancer on 31st December 2022. As a tribute to Miles we have chosen to support Demelza House as they offer not only palliative care for children they also offer respite care for families and children not only at their hospices but out and about throughout the community. We visited Demelza recently and were blown away by the level of care that the provide and the facilities that they can offer families supported by them.
