We typically charge a fee of £399 when you receive a mortgage offer from the lender that we place your mortgage with. For Retirement Interest Only/Specialist Retirement Income Mortgages and complex cases a fee of £599 will be payable when you receive a mortgage offer from the lender we place you with. For equity release we typically charge a fee of £999, regardless of the value of your home or mortgage, which becomes payable on receipt of the mortgage offer from the lender we place your Equity Release Mortgage with, for Complex Equity Release cases (purchase and Power of Attorney cases) we charge a fee of £1,499. We will also be paid commission by the lender.
